at this point, writing is like an abstract concept.

Yo! I have a lot to tell you guys and I went to a party and drank a lot of Coca Cola, and before that I read like half of Order of the Phoenix and so I don't really have the mental capacity to write my usual, well ordered, edifying, and grammatically correct paragraphs. So I will make a bulleted list.

Bulleted lists are used to create the illusion of order in writing, even when the actual writing behind the bullets is completely incoherent.

See, if you write a;2-afhl;ds;afjj;]][dp]daspf20g;asahdfhslafshj, people will think that your cat is dancing across the keyboard or something, but if you write:

  • a;2-afhl;ds;afj
    •  j;]][dp]d
    • aspf20g;as
    • ahdfhsl
    • afs
    • hj,

people will think it's some sort of secret code and the problem lies with them and not you.

    Anyways, here's the list.

    •  Dolores Umbridge is so weeiiiirrrd!(and evil and freaky)
    • I love sailing at the Newport Sea Base! There's no other feeling. Also, the Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts of America are like the greatest institution ever. I feel so comfortable around other scouts. We're funny, creative, quick-thinking, we have awesome songs and we plan great parties! Our instructor, a Sea Scout named Dylan is so sarcastically hilarious.
    • Some other sailing class at the Sea Base declared war on us! We're sailing Flying Juniors(like above picture). They were sailing RS Fevas. We splashed water at each other from our sailboats and we even capsized one of them! ;)

    • I love Acrobatic Jazz! We're working on back bends(from standing up, duh) XD and front limbers now.

    •  I watched Avatar last night. Meh. Definitely not the next Star Wars.
    • We had a swim meet today! I improved my times by like one second. XD

I'm supposed to be entering this short story contest where I can win 250 bucks. It has to involve a library somehow. I have a few ideas but they suck. How about you?

And that, my friends, is where the title of the post comes from.

    Later,

  2. You have once again succeeded to make me laugh hysterically! I love your explanation of bullet points. I hope you come up with a good idea for that short story.

  3. Loving the bullet list. They are quite efficient, no?

Sounds like you're very busy.....;) I can relate! Have a great time in acro-jazz and sailing! :D

  4. Library.... throw some magic in somehow. Places full of books and magic seem to go well together.

  5. Finally. The concept of bulleted lists makes sense. (; And your explanation of a cat dancing across the keyboard is hilarious!

Umbridge is definitely creepy. I think the woman they cast for her in the films is a great match for her, though. Good luck with the short story contest!

  6. LOL I love bullet lists! XD

I do not like Umbridge. She is mean and makes me angry.

  7. I HATE Umbridge! That woman is the horrible-est horror ever. :( (My literary prowess is totally on a break this weekend. :D)

three amazing--and relatively little known--psalms

So I'm reading Psalms in the Bible right now. Well, Psalms is one of the three places I read from. I'm reading the Bible all the way through and read two chapters from three places--the Old Testament, the middle of the Old Testament, and the New Testament--every day. I'm in Deuteronomy and Romans in the other sections, but in the middle I'm still right where I started from-Psalms. Cause Psalms is really really long. I was getting kind of tired of Psalms(which isn't really the right attitude to be reading the Bible in). But I realized there are some really breathtaking passages in Psalms, and I'm glad I read them. These are my three favorites: *Buck Forester on Flikr Psalm 65 This one is about God's spectacular creation. What mighty praise, O God,      belongs to you in Zion. We will fulfill our vows to you, 2       for you answer our prayers.      All of us must come to you. 3  Though we are overwhelmed by our sins,      you forgive them a

Howl's Moving Castle book analysis

“I feel ill. I'm going to bed, where I may die.” ― Howl, upon having a cold. I've decided to call them "book analysis" because they're not really reviews that tell you how much I liked the book, rather,  me taking the book apart and looking at different aspects of it for my own entertainment. Read on. Also, read Howl's Moving Castle. This is the original cover of Howl's Moving Castle and I have got to say it is the UGLIEST thing I have ever seen. I like the new one much better. Ahem. First of all, I should point out that Howl's Moving Castle is a children's book. However, I like to hold all books I read to the same standard, after all, they're written by adults. I had biased expectations of Howl's Moving Castle from the start, because I kept hearing from several sources how amazing, how fantastic, how hilarious and how romantic the book was, and hearing the perfectly gorgeous soundtrack by Joe Hizazi(somethin

Ciel Phantomhive vs. Artemis Fowl

Don't laugh. XD The similarities between the two characters are so distinct and obvious that comparison is inevitable for anyone who's read/watched both series. I seriously thought when I first noticed Black Butler(more popularly referred to as Kuroshitsuji) that it was literally an anime adaption of Artemis Fowl.  Other people have read Artemis Fowl and thought "CIEL HAS A CLONE??!?" So I thought I'd outline some of the differences and analyze who would win. XD Similarities: Appearance:  This is the first similarity, and one of the most major, because if they didn't look so darn alike I don't think the comparison would have been as striking. The above picture of Artemis is a fanart, because there aren't really any good pictures of Artemis, and the manga style makes it more obvious. They are both from the British Isles and have black hair and blue eyes. Both of them lose/change/switch an eye resulting in two different colors.
