Evanna Lynch is Amazing

These clips are both from a long time ago but I love them. I would love to be Evanna Lynch.. Her voice is so sweet and soothing and I love her accent. Just listening to it makes me happy...I don't know what I'd do if I had it XD. And she's gorgeous...

My Desk

Today I decided to take pictures of my desk, since I just cleaned it. The Lakehouse is the website in these pictures. You can see where I drew a little lightning bolt on the "HP" logo. XD  My other desk/paper holder, along with the DVD I sold my soul for two days ago.

when you mess up

Hello! I feel like crap today. Why? Because I deleted my signature? Well, that too. But I also lied to the librarian.... :( Well, I was in a hurry to get a dvd, and in our library system, they don't let you check out DVDs unless you're 18. What I normally do is grab my mom's library card and go through self-checkout, but here they had a security feature on the DVD that prevents you from going through self-checkout. And so at the checkout desk, the librarian asked if I was 18 and if it was my card, and my brain was not switched on very hard and I said yes to both questions. Then she checked the card and said "It's not really your card, is it?" And I was like " um... not really " And she said "Don't lie to me."(Well, she said "fib", but it's really the same thing. And so I got my mom to come in and get the DVD for me. On the way home I started crying because I felt so bad. I'm not all that used to lying. A...

owww

I came back from Acro today. I pulled muscles I didn't even know I have. In other news, I've been feeling I-need-some-purpose-in-my-purposeless-life recently. And I also feel sort of overwhelmed with: -School -Piano Competiton -Planning the Newsletter -Research paper due -Rip Van Winkle essay due -and I need to write some more decent blog posts. I'm working on these right now(front limber.) I can do it, but I come down early and hit my head on the floor before pressing back up >.> Can you pray for me right now? I know a lot of people are going through lows in life as well, but pray for me too! :D Thanks! This is such a gorgeous song.

Be sure to vote on my poll!

Other than that, I have not much to post about.  Here are some modern proverbs that are reposted from a long time ago. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger. There is great need for a sarcasm font. How the he ck are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet? Was learning cursive really necessary? Map Quest really needs to start their directions on #5. I'm pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the Person died. Bad decisions make good stories. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day. Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after Blu Ray? I don't want to have to restart my collection...again. I'm always sligh...

thoughts about The Hunger Games(to take the place of a legit review)(no spoilers)

This is just one of those messy posts that I felt like I had to write. You can skip it if you want. I've pretty much given up on book reviews, because I usually can't detach myself enough from books enough to write an unbiased review. So this will just be my interpretation. The Hunger Games was not an enjoyable book for me. To me, reading the book was an intense, gripping, thrilling, experience that I found rather unsettling.   Suzanne Collins, is, as Ron would say, "bloody brilliant". Her writing isn't my favorite, but she is incredibly talented. Her books are extremely suspenseful and forcefully grab you and make you not stop reading until the end, often in one sitting. Her writing is haunting, poignant, and darkly humorous, and her plot seems so real it's hard to believe that a mere mortal could have thought it up. The Hunger Games have a seemingly simple premise. An oppressive government, that rules what used to be North America, forces eac...

NaNoWriMo in three minutes

This video is hilarious. Please watch it. It also explains NaNoWriMo a little bit. XD To confuse your friends. XD "What rewards do you get? A freaking novel! Sure, you don't want anybody you to read it, but it's done! how many other people can say they've written a novel? (besides the other 20,000 people who do NaNo each year XD)" XD XD
